Could you help me to solve this error message?

This error occures when I launch my application. The exe and the installer is created with LV and the LV RTE + Vision RTE are also attached to the installer.

Installing both RTEs should be sufficient to run the application. However, I never bundled it all in an installer and tried it out. I have always installed the RTEs manually and then activated the Vision RTM ...

The problem is solved,

Platform: Win764Bit,

All updates must be installed to the OS, and the error gone!
