Measure time between two lines using MIO Card?

I am new to Labview, I am trying to measure the time between two signals (edge trigger). I am using a PCI-MIO-16E-1. The time between the two edges is around 50-450 microseconds.

Check out this link. It sounds like it is madetoorder, provided you signals are properly conditioned.
