Master CAN interface using NI-XNET libraries

Hi all!

In the past i developed successfully an application able to set the CAN interface (termination, transceiver type, baudrate) and to write and read frames using NI-CAN 2.7.2 libraries (see attached files).

Now i would like to reach the same objectives using NI-XNET 1.1.1 libraries. How can i do this?

Please, consider that i succeeded reading and writing but not setting the interface. If possible attach an example with the three phases: setting-opening, writing-reading and closing.

Thanksyou so much!

Start Here:

Migrating from NI-CAN to NI-XNET

I've been going through much of the same process and it's been working out pretty well.  Post if you get hung up on any particular part.

You're right, but don't have enough time to investigate now.

I think that a simple example would be useful for the whole community!

Hi,

In the "find example" there is a project called "NI-XNET CAN session.lvproj"

The project contains an example session for each read and write session type and a simple VI is provided to test each session.
