That site does provide webservices of some sorts. Probably no need to parse HTML, which would be a terrible idea. You'd probably want to work on notifications. If you don't, the 1 min. update could effectively be 2 min., if the updates are not aligned...
Not sure if all of the API is open\freely available. Parts (such as notifications) might be for subscribers only.
Other than that, it's almost a pilot plant, with tags, averaging, alarming and notifications. And we get paid to make those...
Give it a try yourself, and we can help with specific parts of the problem.
