Labview programmer about AC resistancs Bridge

Hello guys!!!

I have Standford Research System SIM921 AC resistance Bridge and SIM900 mainframe.

Now, I want to make a programmer to controll SIM921 through SIM900 (connect with PC by RS-232) using labview. Can anyone help me?

This is the first I have to control instrument through other intrusment! I don't have idea!!!!

I would start with the third Party driver for this insturment.

You mean is the first we have to choose port for SIM921 on SIM900. And then, we using commands to control SIM921.

If I use RS-232 interface to comunication between SIM900 and PC, I will have to function VISA configure Serial Port, right?

Sorry cant comment on that because I dont have specific experience of this device.  Its just that whenever I get a new device to interface with LabVIEW I always check for a driver in the 'Third Party Drivers' section of the NI website.
