Labview for agricultural application RPM

I am looking for some one who will create a complete hardware/software system from Labview that will monitor analog inputs for RPM and display on a dedicated screen having an intuitive output that will make it easy for unskilled operators to monitor system performance and make manual control inputs to the power source to make any necessary changes

We are building a 2 row harvester for this machine and I need to monitor rpm at 12 locations.  I want to display all RPM values at the same time on a dedicated screen.  No operator interface necessary, I want him to turn on the machine (elec. over oil  controls)  and watch results on screen.  All speed adjust will be performed by the operator manually...to keep cost to a minimum.

Sounds like a fun project.  Are you looking to hire it out or do it in house?

I am looking for someone to do the whole project.  We would like to be using this technology eventually inhouse, but we are not ready for that yet.  I need a budgetary number to see if this is even doable for our application.

We need you to supply or help us source a robust display, and the correct processor to run the program.  You would supply programming and provide advice during install in our system.  We would create the wiring harness to your schematic and supply the appropriate speed sensor(s) hopefully using a type already in our system.
