I want to know if Labview datafinder toolkit comes free with Labview?

If yes how to use it?

From the LabVIEW 2018 Help:

The LabVIEW DataFinder Toolkit no longer exists. You can now find the functionality of this toolkit in the LabVIEW 2019 Professional Development System.

From this note, I'm guessing that for earlier Versions of LabVIEW, the DataFinder Toolkit also required the Professional Development System.
