Well to defend myself yesterday was my frist try to help someone....I really want to be active on this forum to learn from it and give it back if I can be helpful.

I wouldn't have even realized if you people weren't pointing at it. Basically I am recent grad (lot of texts :P) and just started working for NI Allince partener, so I go to forums and look for questions when I take a break and may be in hurry to get back to work I have used abbreviations.

I would take all the suggestions and blessings from seniors like Smercurio, Jeff, Ben and Altanbach. 

By the way Jeff thanks giving first Kudo of my life, You made my day
