Labview Data Acquisition

I am attaching a default program from National Instruments. Its a program for Pressure Scanner with 16 channels. I want to write the data displayed into a file. I also want to just acquire the data of 9 channels and save it into a file.

If anybody knows how to do this. Please post the solution. I am relatively new to Labview programming.
