LabView Stand Alone Application

Why does my installed application not recognize any comm ports on a win10 PC but work fine on win7?  I'm using an FTDI USB to serial device and it shows up and says its working in Device Manager.  Obviously I have the same driver installed on the win7 PC.  I also installed a second USB to serial device I know works but my app doesn't see either of them.

Do you have NI-VISA installed on both PCs too?  It might need that.

Oh, hey.  Thanks for the quick response.  Yea I missed the VISA Runtime.  It was already on the win7 PC from a prevoius test.  Thanks very much.
