This LTE runs in windows 10?

You want LV 2015 SP1 or later for Windows 10.

But I need to have the LabVIEW 8.2.1 Runtime installed tu run and older executable.

It is possible to LV 2015 SP1 or later for Windows 10 and also  LabVIEW 8.2.1 Runtime engine to run the old executable. The executable will work?

You'd have to use Windows XP for LV 8.2.1. I'd recommend updating the old LabVIEW code version and rebuilding the executable. You may be able to run Windows XP inside a Virtual Machine on your Windows 10 PC.

If you are using hardware that lives inside the PC, you should make certain there are Win10 drivers for it.
