LabVIEW 7 App Builder

Just upgraded from LV 6.1.
First time out with App Builder, I go to load the .bld file and get this a couple of times every time:
Error 6 occurred at Invoke Node in Dist read linkages.vi->Dist Cmp Settings to Disk Hier.vi->Dist Build App Image.vi->Build Application.vi
After that, there are no VIs listed in the VI Settings tab.
