A new driver will be required. There were changes in LabVIEW 2011 that required some changes to the driver, and again in 2012

I have the same problem than you. I cannot find the driver for the spartan 3e xilinx started board for LABview 2010. Could help with this and tell where can I find the driver?

Thank's. Now have other problem:

When I try compiling my program, I have this error---Erro code: -310601

NI-COBS: unable to detect cable communication.

I'm using a PC of 64 bits and I have this driver version:

Windriver: 8.1.1.0.

My PC detects the spartan 3E started board. But the the LABview 2010 cannot.  I go to Measurement and Automation Explorer but I cannot anything aboutXIlinx FPGA, there is only for NI Daq. I'm thinking that I need a USB driver for the spartan 3E started board.

The issue is that the 2010 version of the driver does not support running on 64-bit OS's, you need to either run a 32-bit VM and pass the USB device to the VM, install a 32-bit OS, or upgrade to a 2011sp1 or newer version of the driver
