L9963_evaluation_GUI this software is unable to install in my laptop

when i am installing the software a pop up is coming like "Unable to locate lab view run time engine"

I have tried the

1> NI LabVIEW-runtime 2014

2>NI-VISA Run-Time 14

and followed all the instruction provided by STSW-L9963E datasheet. But I failed to install the software

please help me.
