Need a lot more details.

 

What model do you have?  What are you measuring with?  What have you tried?

 

It has been a while since I did a Kalman Filter, but it is purely following the alorithm once you have all of the parameters.

And we do have a lot of support for this algorithm in the LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module (Chapter 16):
