The current release of the LabVIEW DSC Module (8.2) is supported in Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Windows 2003 Server is not officially supported. LabVIEW 8.2 is not supported on Windows Vista (neither are ony of the 8.2 modules), but support for Vista is comming. Check out www.ni.com/vista for more FAQ's and updates regarding the next release of LabVIEW with Vista support.
I will have to leave that question up to other customer on the forums. Since we do not test or support Windows 2003 Server, I cannot comment on if or how well it will work.
