I'd like to insert the 'power spectrum averaging' vi into the 'simulated signals' vi. What I want to accomplish is that I want to get the power spectrum of the two combined simulated signals. I don't know where to start and and not sure how to wire it. Could someone give me any ideas or comments?
The snippets of the two file are attached.
Thanks.

You can use the Power Spectrum Averaging VI as a "subVI".
When you are in the block diagram of your Simulated Signals VI, click "select a VI" and you can insert the Power Spectrum VI.

Hi Cory...
I opened the block diagram but couldn't find 'select a vi' in the menus...could you tell me where it is located? thanks again
Also, I actually have tried this...on the block diagram of the 'power spectrum averaging' VI, I selected all that contains in it, then I go to EDIT>Create SubVI...but then it will say that some of the functions in the VI will not work once it is turned into a SubVI.
If I were able to insert the 'power spectrum averaging' VI, how do I exactly wire it..from where to where...
thanks for your help

I think you would be best served by searching this site for tutorials on using LabVIEW (ther are many posts just search).
What you are asking is covered in the tutorials. If you still need help then post back for the more advanced Q's.

Its not in the menus at the top of the window.
Right click somewhere in your block diagram, this will cause your Tool Palette to popup.
At the bottom of this Palette, there will be the 'Select A VI' option.
