I am currently working on, image Processing usung ni vision development module to do inspection on permanent DC motors commutator. To find there is any burr present in the commutator slot. In that i am using the concept of pattern/template matching in tools to check whether burr is there or not in commutator.. But it not worked.. Any other method in vision development module to check the burr in the slot... Kindly guide.. Me.. To solve the problem.
