What happens in the development environment? Are you sure you are using mathscript ant not matlab script? Can you show us some simplified code? Is this classic LabVIEW or NXG?

Thanks @altenbach for your quick reply. It's my fault, i add a matlab script in another vi. It has no problem if only use mathscript node.
