How to use imspector software to control DAQ

Dear NI Technologies

i want to use a commerical software(Imspector ) to control ni daq (DAQ USB 6363(bnc)),but

the software can not load the device id. 

I have try many computer.

could you help me?

This seems to be a custom application, you need to reach out to the manufacturer of Imspector to get the right answers.
