How to open multiple subvis (front panels) in atop level vi and adjust their positions 9minimize & Maximize)

Hi Swathi,

I guess that u want to show the front panel of the sub VI's during run time.

Correct??

Do this:

Right click on the sub VI and in pop down menu, select>> Sub VI node Set up>>Here, select the 'Show Front Panel when called' Option and its sub option: "close afterwards if original opened

Do you want to minimize/maximize the shown sub VI's front panel programatically??

Thanks for ur reply but thats not the problem.

I want to open many sub vis at a time in a main vi and i want to arrange these subvis like cascade,tiles horizontal,vertical.

Could you plz help me out?

Hi Swathi,

you can use a property node to arrange the vi´s. The property you need is: FP -> Position (or Bounds). Sorry, i can´t check it now (i have a german labview version).
