How to get CPU speed on RT devices (PXIE-8115)

Obviously, if I drop that snippet with the 15.3 driver installed, it breaks.

In this case it seems reasonable that the cause is really the older NI System Configuration driver version.

ok so i dug through the documentation, and this feature seems to be introduced only in the latest version. (search for "cpus" in the links)

so i must've been mistaken and didn't use the cpu-frequency stuff in labview2014,

although i know i used cpu infos from the hardware property node. sorry for that (faulty memory).
