How to convert .html report into .pdf? (can i have any vi for that)

Best bet is to look for a command line tool or .NET dll for that.

A real conversion of everything HTML supports would be very hard (I doubt it exists).

A screenshot of the HTML rendered in a browser would be almost trivial.

A conversion of simple HTML tags (<B>, <I>, <H>, etc.) is doable.

There's no single VI that does this. You'd need at least a tool that does this, or a PDF and HTML library.

If the report is generated in your code, it's (much) easier to generate the PDF directly.
