I have now waited over 48 hours to get the access code for my Core 2 on demand training course. Now I'm being told I need to wait another 24 to 48 hours for the product serial number to be generated and sent to me. This seems completley unacceptable from a technically advanced company with a reputation like National Instruments has.
I was wrong. No serial number is needed to access the on demand core training modules. I did a search in the learning library for training I have access to and Core 2 on demand training English showed up in the results. I suspect the proceedure for entering the serial number is only required for hardware purchases that get physically shipped to the customer.
