How switch boolean by puls.

One puls in one input will switch on and other puls in second input will switch off

Your English is not quite good enough to explain your problem.  Do you want a boolean switch to choose which input to use?  Like this?

The attached VI shows two ways to do it. Which one you choose to use will depend on whether your set/reset inputs are coming from user events (the upper example) or some other internally-generated logic (the lower example). In both cases the outer-most While loop is just there for the sake of the demonstration.
