How do I use LabVIEW to initialize or reset a USB port?

How do I use LabVIEW to initialize or reset a hung USB port? I have a VI that sometimes when aborted leaves the USB port in a hung state. I would like the VI to reset the USB port on startup to deal with this condition. Pulling the device from the USB port and reinserting it works, but I would rather do it within a VI.

Thank you for any advice,

DC

Hi khalsans,

I would recommend creating a new thread for support on this issue, as this thread is several years old and it's unlikely to be seen by many other users.
