How can I wire two identical vi programs and run simultaneously (8 channels)?

Hi,

I finished wiring my program using synch-shared timed based example. Since I have changed a couple of things to fit my program, how can I make sure that the data I'm collecting are synch? (Please note that I'm using RTSI cable)

Wiring the same signal into all ports should result in a over-lap of the data if all channels are sync'd.

There will be a phase shift if they are not.
