Now I use LABVIEW 2021 version and added code for measure IV.
In this code, KEITHELY 6517b is connected.
When measuring the current, I want to specify the number of measurements for each step of each voltage and get an average of the results.
There is number of samples in DAQmx read, but not in 6517b read.
If there are solutions, please let me know.
