The sourcecode of the VI is its blockdiagram. There is no way to directly convert this to any textual language.
If you use VHDL for developement in FPGA-environments, there is one maybe interesting option for you:
If you use a NI FPGA device, you can use the LabVIEW FPGA module to program the fpga. This modules creates VHDL, but it is not possible to extract this VHDL code directly....
