Generate 1.5th order wheel torque

from vehicle i am getting parameters Wheel Torque (nm), Engine speed (rpm), Main shaft speed (rpm) with respect to time in 2d array, please guide me to generate 1.5th or nth order torque from that?

I have attached the logic, but i m getting expected results so i hv doubt like i am using correct formula for getting 1.5th order wheel torque. So i need to help in finding correct formula or logic. i dont have any issue with programming just need help in finding correct logic.
