Gauge interface with stepsize changeable

Hi,

I try to use the Gauge interface under Num inds window. Is anyway to make the stepsize changeable and bring start and stop to the same position?  if I set the start to 0 and stop to 320, the ticks are not evenly distributed and the end is always 320 instead of 360 ( or 0).

Any suggestion?

Is any way to use two needles with different colour? fixed one needle at one place?
