Most often the example VIs coming with LabVIEW have a lot of comments in the block diagram. They also have a description in the context help. You should read both to get "the information" about that example VI!

I don't have the C&Sim toolkit installed so I cannot examine this example VI.

But there is already a description in your image - you asked for "information about this example VI"!

There are surely more comments in the VI…
