Front panel gone

When working with labview 2010 I managed to screw up the front panel, now it must be expanded each time I open it, and some of the indicators are huge.

Is there a way to either get this back or go back a step in history?

Never mind, it's fixed, I don't know what I did, but that was a wasted hour of my life!

You accidentally checked Scale Object with Pane from the right click menu-  un check it.  also, revert to default widow apperance from VI properties and you'll be good to go
