Folder size

How can you get the size of a folder? I do not want to have to get the
file size one by one and add them. I'm looking for something more like
an active x call of somekind. Or anything that does not go trough all
the files.

There is a Volume Info vi under Funtions>>File I/O>>Advanced File Funtion in LabVIEW.

it will return the size/used/free values when you enter a path.

It looks like this VI actually provides the size/used/free of the disk... not the size of the folder.
