File not load completely

I am fetch signals using ni-scope. I am using "Write to SpreadSheet File.vi", but every time I open the txt file with excel, there's error saying that "File not load completely." I am not sure how can I fix this issue. Thank you!

How big is the spreadsheet file?
Excel has a 65536 row and 256 column limit.

Are you working with a file larger than that?

That only applies to Excel 2003 and older. Excel 2007, for example, has a something like a 16,000 column limit and over 1 million rows limit.

Well its about time!

Not that I work with Excel very often... especially for data files that large.

I wonder if the limit is growing exponentially.... Excel 2010 limits must be huge!
