FTP Get File Help

I've used the command console to FTP files from the camera, using windows file paths, and that worked, so how is that the problem?

As explained there, use Unix path syntax for the remote path. FTP comes from Unix systems and NI choose to implement the interface to the FTP VIs accordingly (which is a good choice considering that LabVIEW can run also under Linux and MacOS X).
