Evaluation Extension Error

I am installing LabView for a class I am instructing. My TA requested the 45 day trial and was given a code, but whenever he enters and runs the code, he gets the Evaluation Extension Error as shown in the screenshot. Any help is warmly appreciated.

Did the same computer already have an earlier trial license?

I have the same problem. The PC is new.
