Error 1172 constructor node error?

Getting this error trying to run this VI. Configuration is correct as my coworker can get it to work, but I can't. We have the same file structure. Wondering if I have a mystery dll somewhere that it's trying to reference and it's not the right one.

When I open your VI (thanks for attaching!), it immediately fails to find a DLL with the name "Rubik".  I notice most of your code involves Property or Invoke Nodes for Rubik -- when I run it, every Node throws a 1386 Error, "Constructor Node in PER_test_commands.vi", which I don't have on my system (but you better have on yours!).
