Error 1160 when opening dotNET assembly with constructor node

I am opening dotNET assembly with contructor node.

I am able to browse the content of the library and choose my object, but when I later run my vi then I am getting error1160 out of the constructor node. The error has meaningless explanaition about the illegal menu.

Has anybody clue how to deal with this?

Can you post your VI(s), project and the assembly(s) please. This error code is not one I would normally associate with the use of the .NET nodes, so I would like to see your use case.
