Dynamically Deploy Real-Time Startup Application

I am trying to dynamically deploy a .rtexe to cRIOs using WebDAV and the System Configuration Palletes.

Here is an example VI which shows my approach:

Will this work? Is there a way to trasnfer files using the System Configuration VIs that I'm overlooking?

I couldn't find any information or example on how to use the Install Startup VI.
