I don't have a version 8.0 installed to be able to downconvert to 7.1.  But it really isn't necessary as you can create this yourself.

It isn't a real VI, just a global variable.  An array of boolean LEDs.  Here is what it looks like.

You can try this but 2010 has a few blocks that are not available in 2009.
