Does anybody have experiences on creating IR signal data file (xml) for RedRat3 in Labview by calling their dlls?

They have provided some .net dlls that I can call in labview but I'm having problems to put the pieces together. I'm checking to see if anyone happened to have some experience on this and can share an example.

I've attached an IR data file here so that you know what I'm talking about. I want to write a labview program to create such a signal file. The IR device is RedRat3.

Thank you very much!

 2014spring,

I came across a SDK that sounds like it may be helpful to your application. However, I'm not familiar with how it works and it has not been tested by National Instruments.

Hi 2014spring,

I'm not familiar with the RedRat3 SDK. What specific problems are you running into with the dlls?

Hi Carli,

Thanks for asking. I got all kinds of problems when trying to use the dlls as I'm new to this. Attached is one of the problems.

ps: The SDK can be downloaded from their website: http://www.redrat.co.uk/software/SDK/index.html.

Thank you so much for looking into my problems!

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer???

They are the best resource for issues such as this.

The DLL is a .NET DLL and Googling the error,
