DMA problem with Advantech PCL-818 Labview driver

Hi,
I'd be very grateful if you help me.
I have Advantech PCL-818 and using Labview 6.1, but Advantech example
for DMA -addma.vi- generates an error.

I recently downloaded the Advantech Labview drivers that I think it is
for Labview 6.1.
But running the following example of Advantech: addma.vi will cause
the following error in CheckEvent.vi

CheckEvent.vi: timeout interval elapsed.

I have revision B of PCL818, there is no JP1 to choose channel 1 or 3.
Is this a problem?

Unfortunately our ability to help you in this case is limited, since we did not write the LabVIEW driver for that particular device. Also, we do not know about the specific hardware characteristics/limitations. I would recommend contacting Advantech. They know better what the architecture of the driver is and should be able to give you a more detailed response.
