Convert current to temp

I'm just getting started with Labview, I have a cRIO-9047 and a 9208 (4-20mA) card, I'm trying to figure out how to convert my current (4-20mA) reading to a temperature (0 - 200 F) reading before I get it to the waveform, and eventually one for pressure ( 0 - 500) to build up a little test stand:

I have so little knowledge in this area, I'm not even sure if I should be using that linear scale funtion.


Eventually I want to have multiple temp and pressure sensors on one user interface.

When you add the channel to the task, there is an input there to apply a scale.  That is what the scale reference gets wired up to.
