I'm communicating through the serial port with a PC104 embedded system in order to control a DVD unit (ATAPI). I know that there's in the market some USB to ATAPI converters. Does anybody know if I can control with LabVIEW and without the usage of this PC104 the DVD unit through this USB to ATAPI converter? Any other suitable idea in order to eliminate from my system this PC104? Thanks in advance!!!
