Hi,
I am trying to make my motor to run a sinusoidal motion. My code worked, but with some small defects.
1. My motor starts and stop too quick and makes a loud cranky noise.
2. It does not move with absolute positions.
So I tried to add a homing contour before the sinusoidal contour.
However, the cranky noise at starting and stopping did not disappear.
So my question is:
1. Is any way to smooth my contour at the starting.
2. Is any way to make my motor stop softly.
3. In my code, it worked at the first time. But when I turned off the VI and started again. The motor was disabled and did not move. I could not figured out why.
Your help will be appreciated.

Could you share the table so we can see it and have a more complete understanding of the issue?

The table is empty at the begining. It is generated after the user inputs the parameters for the sinusoidal contour.
