Chart plot color not working - bug?

Hi I have stacked chart and I try to display only as many plots as I have channels. It means that the plots that will be used are colored as usual and those that should be hidden are hidden + the colors are set to transparent. The problem is that always the last visible plot doesn't change its background color. Is it a bug? If so is there workaround(I tried many things but no success so far)?

To me this appears to be a bug. It's quite specific to choosing Transparent. If you choose another color for the "off" state then it behaves correctly.

Yep. But any other color doesn't make the hidden effect. Can anybody think about workaround? This is very annoying!

Has this been fixed in 2010? Is there some known workaround for 2009?

It appears the bug still exists in 2010. I have not heard of any workaround.

I have added it to the Monthly Bug Thread to see if it gets fixed in the inevitable service pack for 2010.

Hi Ceties,

There is Corrective Action Request:

CAR#36683

Though this is a bug and yet not solved, I prepared an example for you which show possible workaround - it is based on the fact, that the redrawing works correctly when you resize legend. Because this is not possible to do programmatically at ru-time for staced plots, this example uses SubPanel which display SubVI with only waveform chart. I know this is not convenient, but I guess you could use such a approach in order to improve yours customers' experience.
