Change Keyboard Shortcuts?

Question is fairly simple. Is there any way to change what hotkeys/keyboard shortcuts do? I recently switched to LabVIEW 2023, which added the zoom functionality via the scroll wheel, however I liked the scroll wheel to switch my case structures like it used to do. I know that the new hotkey for this is Ctrl+Shift+Scroll, but I want to know if there is any way to change the behavior of keyboard shortcuts? I didn't find anything about it online, but I could have sworn that I had done it in the past. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Apparently it's Editor.Zoom.MouseWheelGestureRequireShift=True. I haven't checked.
