Cannot work on cRIO in project

Hi guys,

I am trying to add a cRIO to my project (or work on an existing project with a cRIO in it). We just got the real-time license for this computer, but I cannot add or work on the cRIO. (Images below).

So far, I have tried re-installing the entire LabVIEW 2014 SP1 installation including device drivers and restarting the computer. Do I need the FPGA license as well? I believe the original application was developed in LV 2013 and the developer said he only used the Real-Time license. Thank you for any help.

What you show indicate that you do not have the driver installed. A screenshot of your MAX software tab can confirm this. When you install the RIO driver make sure that ADE support for your LabVIEW version is selected.

Thank you Jacobson. I will pop the RIO device driver disc in. In the meantime, here is a screenshot from MAX:

I did not see anything that specifically said ADE Support. When I tried installing the drivers this morning, I noticed that quite a few items could not install because a later version was found. I went into the NI software and removed everything related to real-time drivers that I could find. There was still quite a bit that could not be installed, but after this install, I can work with the cRIO in the project. Thank you for your help! Below is a picture where the first 2 are frames are what was selected to install, and the next 2 frames say what can and cannot be installed.
