Can I change the interface language from GER to ENG ?

Hello,

I work at a company which has Labview software in German language. I'm an English-speaking person and I've learned to use labview in English therefore I'd like to know if it's possible to change the interface language from German to English.

If there is no such option, is it possible to have both English and German versions legally installed under the same license on one workstation ?

Hi Mikolaj,

you can´t simply switch the language. You have to install an english version for it. I´m not sure if you can have an english and a german version (from same LV version) on one PC.

I've looked through the licencensing information, and with my license I can apparently install LabView on 3 different workstations. Is the license tied to only one language version or can I install an English one without worries ?

Hello Mikolaj,

i recommend you to download the evaluationversion of LabVIEW and activat it with the product activation code of the german version of labview.

The licence is not tied to one language, so you can install the english-version without worries.

I am facing a similar problem: we have a licenced French version of Labview 7.1, yet unfortunately I do not speak French. As I understand it is OK to install an English evaluation version of Labview and activate it using our licence key - yet where can I find a Labview 7.1 evaluation version? Any assistance would be highly appreciated!
